- Autumn scene II (French b. 1910) Born in Pont Avon, France in 1910. He was a precocious child, displaying great artistic capabilities which his father, who taught at the local academy, encouraged him to develop. He continued the development of the prodigious talents in the great forests at Fontainbleau where he found his style of painting early in life. He went on to study further at Les Beaux Arts in Paris. He is well know in France and much of Europe and is now acquiring a following in the United States. (Item 01064)
